With my toy box newly updated,(first time in years), I thought Id get the bike out again. Not to much energy after a late night, but made the effort. Went round the main loop, the long way up, so 4.2 miles of pure up hill, absolute killer! Then a sweet steep 3.5 mile down hill. 47 minuites in total. 7.5 miles. Gorgous weather, like mid august
